When we are small, we learn a natural and healthy way of running barefoot or in socks, which we unfortunately forget over time, especially due to incorrect and constricting footwear. The heart of our minimal shoe is the barefoot sole

we have specially developed . A sole that promotes the position of your feet and your general posture. Our sole is only 4mm thick , protecting our feet but still keeping us active and allowing us to feel the ground below. Our feet are in unrestricted motion. Running in our minimal shoes strengthens your foot muscles and promotes a healthy and natural way of running. Thanks to the constant muscle movement of even the smallest foot muscles, you don't have to worry about cold feet!

We recommend regularly removing the insole from the shoe to air it out and thus avoid waterlogging.
